Open the Settings app on your iPhone → Tap your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → find MathScan → tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
Open MathScan, go to the last onboarding slide or the in-app purchase screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
First, try the "Restore Purchases" button in the App. If credits still don't appear, email us at support@mathscan.app with your Apple order number (found in your purchase confirmation email) and we'll fix it manually within 24 hours.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the MathScan purchase, and tap "Request a Refund".
No. Photos you attach are forwarded directly to OpenAI for processing and are not stored on MathScan servers. OpenAI processes them under their Privacy Policy. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
MathScan supports algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, statistics, and more — from middle school through university level. It works with both text questions and photo attachments.

Subscriptions (Basic, Standard, Pro Year) automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage subscriptions at Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
